About Me.
I am a hardworking and committed individual who is able to truly focus on a project whilst putting a high level of effort into the task. I am competent when working in a group and can take on a leadership role when required to, pushing for the best possible outcome with my group. I love to design and aspire to one day design and create costumes for both the Theatre and Film & Television. When I'm not at working or designing I work part time doing paid Graphic Design work.

My inspiration for my work comes from a number of different areas, both from the world around me and historical fashions and trends. I enjoy listening to music as I work and believe incorporating the story and character into my designs whether it is original or from a script is a key aspect of the work I create and share.

The University of Salford
I am currently studying for a degree in Costume Design at the University of Salford in order to further develop my design and technical skills and prepare myself to one day enter the professional costume industry.

UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Production Arts
The BRIT School
I have studied Production Arts at the BRIT School, specialising in Costume Design & Making. The course involved working on shows, designing and making for them as well as being backstage as dressers and costume assistants. It has given me practical skills such as sewing and design and social such as working in a team and communicating with the production team and cast.
2019 - 2021
BTEC Level 2 Tech Award in Creative Media Production
The BRIT School
Whilst studying Film & Media Production at the BRIT School, I achieved a Distinction* in Creative Media Production. The course involved both practical and theory work, from writing and producing short films and working in TV & Radio to researching audiences and understanding how Film & Television is targeted to particular groups and demographics. This course gave me practical skills such as working with cameras and video editing software as well as developing my social skills by working in a team and presenting my ideas and work to my peers.
